Burnley star Robbie Brady picked up three awards at the Football Association of Ireland International Football Awards.

The 25-year-old became the first Republic of Ireland player to ever to win three honours at the ceremony, taking home the Senior International Player of the Year, Young International Player of the Year, and  the ‘Three’ International Goal of the Year accolades for 2016.

Current Preston North End midfielder Daryl Horgan also won on the night as he was named SSE Airtricity League Player of the Year for the 2015/16 season.

Horgan’s impressive year for Dundalk earned him a move to Deepdale, after he scored nine goals in 31 league matches for the County Louth side.
